Itgel accepts applications from prospective volunteers on a rolling basis. Only applicants with strong English language skills are considered. Applicants with additional language skills are considered favorably.

Please note that selection for field positions in Mongolia is highly competitive. Itgel receives up to 40 applications for every field position we seek to fill. As such, prospective volunteers are advised to be specific about their backgrounds and interests, and are asked to use professionalism in their applications. Casual applicants or those interested in Itgel only as a means of traveling to Mongolia are discouraged to apply. All prospective volunteers must provide a CV/resume and specific dates and duration of availability. Only shortlisted volunteer applicants will be contacted for follow-up interviews.
